Charlotte russe is great. everything cheap!.
and claire's actually has like stirling silver belly rings, toe rings. etc. if you go on stumbleupon.com download the toolbar, and click on the categories you want to find.. it wiill automatically take you to sites that host what you want!!. i do it for everything. its FANTABULOUS!!
