What's the difference between rhinestone and cubic zirconia?

They're both artificial diamonds.

rhinestone is made out of glass rock or acrylic
a cubic zirconia is Made from a chemical called
zirconium dioxidewhichh is Altot better.
But if yor gonna go with man made diamonds go for a
Moissanite it is more expensive but its dam near the next best thing to a diamond

rhinestone is cheap and chips easy
cubic Z is higher quality and usually has guarentee to last
