What would a ring like this look like with a center diamond?

I tried on this engagement ring setting and really love it but always find it so hard to visualize semi-mounts with the center diamond. They held a princess cut up for me to imagine it, but still so hard! This is the setting:

I am wondering if anyone could help me find a picture of a similar ring that actually has the center stone included to help me get a grasp on what it would look like completed. THANKS!

It would be a beautiful, timeless looking ring. Any jeweler should be able to place the diamond/or a CZ in the ring so you can see it. Holding the diamond just above the setting doesn't give you the proper perspective.

Go to this site then click choose setting.. you should be able to find something similar. Pick a similar ring then Add the diamond. And they'll show you final result.
