here are a couple of ideas you may try -
-- bag each set of earrings in a separate tiny zip-seal pouch. these can be pinned easily & the earrings will be visible too.
-- make slits along the cork board in any pattern you like. you could either make it one long slit or a smattering of slits all over. or cut a length of cork [rectangle with narrow width] & cut slits width-wise all down the length at equal distances.
use these slits to hang your earring holders [they have that little notch/fold all along that is used to hang/display them in stores too.
if your earrings don't have the holders, then just cut them out of cereal box cardboard, fold, pierce 2 holes for earrings, paint/decorate as desired & "laminate" [for strength & durability. you can just add a couple of layers of PVA glue for lamination too]. voila! your earring holders are ready.
add a pair of earrings to each & hang on the slits or pierce through on cork with the colorful pins [since these are made out of cardboard, they can be pierced easily.
Or, pin a decorative cord or narrow satin ribbon along the length of the cork board at regular intervals. hang the earring holders on this.
hope these inspire
all the very best :-))
