I made a few pins just using paper and a semi-glossy glue. To make earrings, you can do the same I suppose...they most likely will have to be french wire instead of the stud type though. Have a drill with a really small bit handy. You would layer the paper, using the glue to attach the layers together - let each layer dry before you attach the next. When the paper becomes stiff enough to use as jewelry (at this point you can glue down stickers), put a final coat of glue over the whole thing. Drill a hole in the places where you want them to hang from, attach jump rings (tiny wire loop which can be opened or closed with pliers) to the holes and to the french wires.
If you're going to make a pin, just glue a pin backing to the back.
