who do you think has the best prices?

For wire and other metals, I shop at www.sfjssantafe.com -- a.k.a. Santa Fe Jewelers Supply. Their prices are the best I've found, and their customer service is excellent. On the rare occasion that they have made a mistake, they have fixed it courteously, quickly, and generously. Unless they have a specific bead you want, don't buy them here.

For beads and such, I use www.firemountaingems.com -- Yep, Fire Mtn Gems. They have excellent prices and assortment. Don't buy wire there, though. Their prices are so high it looks like they buy it from Santa Fe and re-sell it!

Both these places are wholesalers, but do not require a retail license to purchase there. At Santa Fe, there is a $5.- "small order handling fee" added onto any order under $50.- and at Fire Mtn, they give discounts when you buy more stuff. At either place, going in together with other beaders is a great idea.
