Default would selling sterling silver jewelry that looks like designer jewelry but is NOT...
...advertised as such be legal? i wrote and received an answer by someone whom i'm not certain understood the question- THESE WILL BE sold at a flea market and the cutomers will be told the pieces are NOT designer!!!!

It's totally legal. If you said it was designer it would be ILlegal but since they just look like it, its totally fine

It is legal so long as a trade marked image or name is not displayed.
